Site work for a water / sewer project in Thurmont, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 4/1/2022 4:00 PM Project generally comprises replacement by open cut of approximately 680 LF of water main on Old Pryor Road and extension of approximately 700 LF from Old Pryor Road to Hillside Court, and 230 LF from Hillside Court to Hillside Avenue. Work also includes replacement of fourteen (14) water laterals and other areas disturbed by construction operations. The project is being funded through a State Water Quality Revolving Loan. Wage rates and MBE/DBE participation efforts are required. The Contract will be subject to the Federal Wage Rates. The OWNER hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any, or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
