Bridge No. F20-21. This project is for the replacement of the existing two-span steel beam bridge on Hessong Bridge Road over Fishing Creek. The bridge is in fair condition and the waterway opening is inadequate, contributing to flooding in the surrounding area. Improvements to drainage and/or profile adjustments on the bridge approaches and Powell Road are also anticipated. The 2022 ADT at the bridge is 494 vehicles per day The project is included in the City's 2027-2032 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) As of September 04, 2026, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
