Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Martinez, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work to be done generally consists of installing ADA compliant curb ramps at multiple locations in the unincorporated Bay Point, Pacheco, Rodeo, and Contra Costa Centre areas. Number of Working Days: 80 You are required to subcontract a minimum of 21% of your bid in accordance with the Mandatory Subcontracting Minimum requirements within these special provisions. The successful bidder must furnish a payment bond and a performance bond. Pursuant to Public Contract Code Sections 7201 and 9203, the Public Works Department will retain 5 percent of the contract price until final completion and acceptance of the project. All bidder questions/inquiries received before 12:00 p.m. the Thursday prior to the scheduled bid opening will be posted with their responses on the Public Works. Questions received after this deadline will remain unanswered. The said Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any portion of any bid and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received.
