The proposed project includes the construction of approximately 362 SF of 4" thick sidewalk, installation of aluminum observation platform and concrete pilings.Completion date for this project will be 150 days for Substantial Completion and 180 days for Final completion from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $500.00 per day.
