Renovation of a mixed-use development in Shawnee, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project consists of new walk-off carpet tile, new rubber tile flooring, new resilient base, new resilient stair treads/risers, new metal flooring transitions, and new resinous flooring/base at restrooms. The existing demolition includes removal of existing flooring at all locations shown on the drawings and prep/repair floor slabs - including crack repair -to receive new flooring. In the restrooms, toilet partitions and plumbing fixtures will be removed and replaced to allow new finish installation.
