Site work for a municipal facility in Des Peres, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The Scope of Work consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 4,500 SY of concrete street and eight curb ramps. Depending on unit prices, up to an additional 1,400 SY could be added to the project. Traffic control and other incidental items shall be included as shown in the specifications. Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages shall be paid to all workers performing under this Contract in this area according to the rates determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri. A bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City.
