Site work for a water / sewer project in Minocqua, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
No in-person attendance will be possible. In general, the project consists of reconstructing and relocating 705 LF 8 PVC sanitary sewer main, 6 sanitary sewer lateral, abandoning an existing lift station, connecting to an existing lift station wet well, site restoration, and associated items. A single prime bid will be received for the work. BID SECURITY Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bid and bid security may not be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the Bid Deadline. Bid security will be retained if the Bidder is awarded the Work and fails to execute the Agreement and furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. QUALIFICATIONS Bidders shall submit a Statement of Bidder's Qualifications with their bid. RIGHTS RESERVED Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
