Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Minocqua, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
The Town of Minocqua will be accepting bids for 2022 road projects. Work varies and may include pulverizing, milling, common excavation, road gravel, asphalt paving, storm sewer, curb and gutter, crack filling, chip sealing, and shouldering. Any questions should be directed to the Director of Public Works, Mark Pertile. All bids shall be sealed and marked: 2022 Road Projects Bids, if awarded, will be per project package. The Minocqua Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bids, and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the Town.
