Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Minocqua, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

In general, the project consists of various site improvements to Torpy Park located in the Town of Minocqua along USH 51 and the shore of Minocqua Lake. Improvements include replacing existing brick paver trail with concrete path, other various concrete path and ramp replacement and construction, totaling approximately 11,925 SF of concrete, repaving of approximately 450 SY of existing asphalt parking surface, adding 325 LF of concrete curb and gutter, and 705 SY of crushed aggregate surfacing for parking area improvements. Other site improvements include minor site electrical upgrades for future use, pavement markings, site restoration, landscaping and upgrading park amenities. This project is funded in part by the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development - Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). The attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract, Section 3, Segregated Facilities, Section 109, and Executive Order 11246. The contract is subject to Federal Davis-Bacon wage rates.
