Site work and paving for a road / highway in Heidelberg Township, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of March 31, 2022 no bids received. No plan for redid. Location of Work: From SR4014 to SR4024 on Church Road (T804), approximately 7,900 feet. Contractor to supply equipment and labor to lay and finish 3 inch overlay. Township to prepare road and supply materials and transportation to job site. PA Labor & Industry prevailing wages are applicable to this contract. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid made payable to the municipality. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 10 days after the contract is awarded. The municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. All proposals must be made upon the form furnished by the Township by calling Janice Meyers, Township Administrator at 610-767-9297 ext. 14 or emailing jmeyers@heidelberglehigh.org. The Supervisors reserve the right to reject any item or items and also reserve the right to reject any and all proposals. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
