Washington County reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals received, to waive any or all informalities and to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive or conditional proposals. Bids should be clearly marked: Bid # 2022-8 (3M) - Crushed Stone Materials.Facsimile (Fax) Proposals Will Not Be Accepted. Purchases by Washington County are not subject to any Sales Tax or Federal Excise Tax or Transportation Tax. All material shall be furnished as per bid and detailed specifications attached. Bid price will be freight on board at the supplier's location. Transportation costs will be considered in awarding a contract, where relevant. Contracts will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder barring any rejections or waiving of informalities in any or all bids.
