Materials: All quantities are +/-. -- 25 tons high performance cold patch -- Stone -- 100 tons #1 stone, 1,500 tons #8 stone 1.0% washed, 500 tons #57 stone 2.0% washed, - 500 tons 2A aggregate, 500 tons 2RC -- 400 tons PennDot approved Type-2 anti-skid -- 50 tons R6 Riprap -- 2,900 tons 9.5mm Superpave asphalt wearing course All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the proposal, made payable to Heidelberg Township. The materials specified herein shall meet the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation specifications. Escalator clause will apply. The successful bidder, when awarded the contract, shall furnish a certified check or a bond with suitable, reasonable requirements, guaranteeing performance of the contract or delivery to be made with sufficient surety in the amount of 100% of the amount contracted within 10 days after the contract is awarded. All proposals must be made upon the form furnished by the Township by calling the Janice Meyers, Township Administrator at 610-767-9297 ext. 14 or emailing jmeyers@heidelberglehigh.org The Supervisors reserve the right to reject any item or items and also reserve the right to reject any and all proposals.
