UCFS Healthcare, Norwich, CT is seeking bids to complete a thorough maintenance for the entire exterior of the masonry brick by power washing entire building, grinding and repointing all fouled mortar joints, repairing and patching any windowsills or lintels as necessary, and then apply a premium sealer to entire masonry portions of the building. This bid should include all equipment costs including boom lift, scaffolding and any other equipment necessary to complete this RFP.
