Site work and asbestos abatement for an educational facility in Pekin, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.
Bids will be held good and may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of opening. The project scope of work includes, but is not limited to, asbestos abatement of flooring in three (3) phases at select locations in Building F. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to accept any or reject all bids when in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve the best interest of the Owner. Bids on work of this contract shall be subject to the provisions of the "Illinois Prevailing Wage act (Illinois Revised Statutes, Chapter 48, Paragraph 39s - 1- 12).
