No bids shall be received other than at the time and place herein designated for .their receipt, unless mailed to the Authority for receipt at the designated time and place. Each bid must be submitted in writing on the forms furnished by the Authority in the bid package and prepared and submitted in the manner designated therein. On or after Friday, March 4th, 2022, NOTE: The Work under this procurement shall include furnishing, without limitation, all labor, equipment, materials and all other items or services necessary and/or required for the performance of EMISSION COMPLIANCE TESTING OF THE FLUIDIZED BED SEWAGE SLUDGE INCINERATOR UNIT R2. The term of the contract shall be for a period anticipated to commence on Wednesday, March 30th, 2022. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 (Affirmative Action Program, Equal Employment Opportunity), and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (4 2 U.S.C. Sl2.101 et. seq.), as applicable. Additionally, a copy of the Business Registration Certificate issued by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue, for the bidder must be submitted in conformance with P.L. 2004, c.57. The Successful Bidder shall be required to comply with all provisions of the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act (if applicable), as determined by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Industry. Bids must be prepared and submitted in the manner designated, and shall also be accompanied by the other information requested, in the documents contained in the bid package. Each bid shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Executive Director of the Authority, bearing the name and address of the Bidder, upon which shall be designated: "BID - EMISSION COMPLIANCE TESTING OF THE FLUIDIZED BED SEWAGE SLUDGE INCINERATOR UNIT R2" The Authority expressly reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities and/or to accept the bid which, in its judgment, shall be in the best interest of the Authority, all in accordance with the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:ll-1 et. seq.
