Project Estimate: $950,000.00 to $1,200,000.00 The City of Pasco, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for the Argent Road Improvements, Phase 2. This project includes all materials equipment and labor for the installation of HMA, planing, curb, gutter, sidewalk, and roadway reconstruction. Construction of pedestrian ramps, pavement markings, storm water utility work, irrigation water main installation, street light installation, new traffic signal equipment, poles, foundations, traffic control, permanent signing and other work. This contract provides the Contractor fifty (50) working days to physically complete the work. All bids must be accompanied by a "Good Faith Token" in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent (5%) of the total bid.
