Please find enclosed the bidding documents for the Port of Pasco, Big Pasco Industrial Center Road 24 Pavement Improvements project. The project involves pavement improvements for Road 24 and Alternate #1 Road 33 pavement improvements. Questions may be directed to Tracy Friesz, Ph. 509.547.3378 The Contractor shall furnish performance and payment bonds, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price. A certified check, cashier's check or bid bond made payable to the Port of Pasco for an amount equal to at least 5% of the total base bid amount shall accompany each bid. The Port of Pasco reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in any bid, or in the bidding, and to accept or reject any bid for reasons based solely on considerations for the best interests of the Port of Pasco.
