As of April 19, 2022, the owner states that the deadline is April 22, 2022 by 11:00am. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ................. Pasco Process Water Reuse Facility (PWRF) Industrial Wastewater-to-RNG Project The City of Pasco (City), Washington, Department of Public Works is requesting Proposals from qualified firms registered in the State of Washington to provide professional services for the development of the City's PWRF Industrial Wastewater-to-RNG Project. The Proposer will submit a written response with sufficient information demonstrating recent experience in developing RNG projects from the treatment of industrial wastewater facilities. Technical questions regarding the scope of this project should be put in writing and directed to Public Works Director, Steve Worley, PE at worleys@pasco-wa.gov, no later than three (3) working days prior to the time that submittals are due. The City of Pasco, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. Projects funded wholly or in part by Federal appropriations must comply with Code of Federal Regulations; 24 CFR 570.502, 24 CFR 85.36, 2 CFR 200. All federally funded projects will be held to federal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements. The City of Pasco is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
