Renovation of a municipal facility in Tupper Lake, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
One Construction Contract will be awarded with an estimated value of $900,000 - $1,100,000. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 1% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 1% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% The scope of work involves the removal and replacement of all windows in the St Lawrence Buildings and connecting corridors. These buildings are designated as a Secure Facility. The new windows will be an aluminum single-hung window, model 310i-SH, by Wausau Windows (or approved equal). Each window will receive anti-spall film on both the interior and exterior surfaces. A full-height heavy-duty screen will be added to the exterior of each window. The Contractor will be required to set up a staging area outside of the secure perimeter fence. The Contractor may only remove and install the number of windows that can be completed in a workday. Temporary infill of the window openings will not be allowed. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
