Reference number : 1579025 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-24 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality is requesting the services of a company for the disposal and treatment of bulky household waste generated on the territory of the Municipality of Lac-Beauport. The rate per ton for disposal and treatment provided by the tenderer must be valid for the period from May 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, therefore for a period of eight (8) months. The awarding of the contract for the processing of bulky household waste is not based solely on the lowest disposal rate per ton. We will also take into consideration in our analysis the distance of the place of disposal from the municipality and the average volume of materials to be processed for the duration of the contract. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council.
