Purpose of the contract: The successful bidder will be responsible for carrying out snow removal operations for approximately 8,800 m 2 including the supply of abrasives and melters for the ecocentre park, located at 142, Traverse de Laval in Lac-Beauport. The successful bidder is responsible for the execution of all the works and assumes an obligation of result with regard to them. He must direct and supervise them effectively. He is solely responsible for the means, technical methods, sequences, procedures and coordination of the work. He must ensure at all times the availability of personnel and equipment to intervene within the required timeframes. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. Tenderers must obtain the tender documents from the SEAO website. The fees are set according to the rates established by the SEAO.
