Reference number : 1582110 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-29 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Lac-Beauport requires tenders for: Pavement marking of public roads for 2022. Object of the contract: The successful bidder must carry out the marking on public roads as stipulated for the duration of his contract. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. A bid guarantee of 10% of the submitted price including taxes must accompany the bid. Performance bond 10% is required. award is subject to final approval.
