Description

Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.

In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required for the expansion of the existing 800 gallon-per-minute (gpm) buried, packaged pumping station to a 1735 gpm submersible sewage pumping station and install approximately 9,300 LF of 12" force main in parallel to the existing 10" force main. Work includes the installation of three (3) submersible sewage pumps, piping and appurtenances, control system, variable speed pump motor controllers, new channel grinder, a 12-ft x 12-ft precast wet well, precast concrete valve vault and meter pit, temporary electrical connections, a new electrical service entrance, construction of a 22' x 23' masonry building to house electrical gear and a 250 kw emergency generator, HVAC equipment, precast manhole structures and yard piping, site paving, fencing, and grading; demolition of all existing pumping station facilities, and the maintenance of sanitary sewer flows.
