Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cohoes, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project generally consists of the following work:Approximately 500 linear feet of streetscape improvements along Remsen Street from the intersection of Ontario Street to Howard Street. The new streetscape will include new concrete sidewalks, resetting of salvaged brick pavers in a decorative border, new granite curbs with curbed bump outs, milling/paving, minor utility work/adjustments, signage & striping, street trees & plantings, as well as additional site amenities.
