The Napa County Department of Public Works is seeking contract pricing for annual fire alarm monitoring, testing, inspection, and maintenance in accordance with the most current standards set forth by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA 72,) and the most current standards set for in California Fire Code. Napa County may elect to award contract to one or more vendors. Contractor shall keep in effect during at all times during the contract a valid C-10 Contractor License in the State of California. Question about this RFP shall be submitted via email and be referred to: Andi Salter, Staff Services Analyst I 1195 Third Street Ste. 101 Napa, CA 94559 Email: andrea.salter@countyofnapa.org April 5, 2022 Questions Due by 4:00 pm pst April 15, 2022 Responses to questions will be published April 25 - May 16, 2022 County review period & Negotiations May 25, 2022 Intent to Award Notifications sent out June 7, 2022 Contract approval July 1, 2022 Contract start date Term of contract is anticipated to be five (5) years, comprised of an initial three (3) year term with the provision of two (2) additional one (1) year terms. See Attachment A for full scope of work. So that all listed equipment may be covered, Napa County may elect to award contract to one or more vendors.
