Renovation of a civil project in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary for the cleaning and painting of the emergency generator 6,000 gallon above ground storage fuel tank and associated piping and also include the cleaning and painting of the blue external structural steel members located near the dewatering facility at the Brush Creek Water Pollution Control Facility, as more clearly specified in the Contract Documents. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of One-Thousand Dollars ($1,000) payable to Cranberry Township. The estimated cost of this Project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township.
