Renovation of a fire / police facility in Sunrise, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The City of Sunrise is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide resurfacing services for the apparatus bay floors located at Fire Station No.92 and Fire Station No. 59. The existing troweled concrete finish floors, shall be prepared and coated with a resinous, non-skid, cementitious polyurethane flooring system as specified in the Bid Documents. The Scope of Work for this project includes but is not limited to: provide all labor, materials, equipment and services required to resurface the apparatus bay floors at Fire Station No.92, located at 13721 NW 21 Street and Fire Station No. 59, located at 8330 NW 27 Place in the City of Sunrise. The existing troweled concrete finish floors shown within limits in Exhibit A, shall be prepared and coated with a resinous, non-skid, cementitious polyurethane flooring system as specified herein.
