The City of Sunrise is looking to purchase 50 lb. bags of Har Tru material for the tennis courts maintenance for a contract period. M/WBEs are encouraged to participate in the bid process. The initial Contract period shall be for one (1) year, commencing July 12, 2022 City reserves the right to unilaterally renew the contract for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, under the same terms, conditions and specifications, by written notification to the vendor by the Purchasing Director. Any bid may be rejected for noncompliance to requirements after a full review by the Purchasing Office. The term "Vendor" shall have the same meaning as the term "Contractor" whenever used in this document or attachments.
