The County of Cameron reserves the right to award by item category or by total bid. Prices should be itemized. County also reserves the right to award either with or without trade-in, if applicable. Cameron County reserves the right to award if only one (1) Bid was received. Cameron County retains the option to re-bid at any time if in its best interest and is not automatically bound to renewal or re-bid. . The County reserves the right to hold all Bids for 60 days from the due date of receipt without actions.
