Location: OT / Wheel Chair shop is located on the grounds of Pinecrest Support and Services 100 Pinecrest Dr. Pineville LA. 71360 Scope of work o Furnish all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to remove existing roofing to deck for OT/Wheelchair Shop and replace with CertainTeed Landmark shingles, color Weathered Wood, installed using the CertainTeed Integrity Roof System, with Sure-Start Plus 5-Star Protection Warranty, or equal. This project consists of a roof replacement of a single story building with a connecting walkway cover. New roof is to be shingles on underlayment on existing wood deck o Remove approximately nineteen (19) squares of existing roofing to deck and replace with CertainTeed Landmark shingles, color Weathered Wood, installed using the CertainTeed Integrity Roof System, with Sure-Start Plus 5-Star Protection Warranty or equal. o Add two (2) new fourteen (14) inch Lomanco turbine ventilators, or equal. To be colored weathered bronze, or equal. o Add approximately ten (10) each, eight (8) inch x sixteen (16) inch soffit vents or as required for warranty. o Remove and replace all lead jacks o Remove and replace all heater vent jacks with new o All shingles shall be nailed with a minimum of six (6) nails per shingle o Install new style D drip edge, bronze in color, minimum 1 3/4 inches wide around entire building, including rakes. o Moisture guard shall be installed at all penetrations, ridges, walls, eaves, vents, valleys, and rakes. o Flash along canopy without any joints as required to make water tight. o All Flashing to be lapped a minimum of two (2) inches.
