Site work for a water / sewer project in Ocala, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Marion County Utilities is seeking fully licensed and qualified firms for an ongoing Sanitary Sewer Line and Manhole Rehabilitations Contract. The successful Bidder shall provide the necessary personnel, material, equipment, supplies, transportation, and services to do all tasks necessary to provide sewer line cleaning, root and tuberculation removal, pre and post video inspection, dewatering, smoke testing, joint/lateral grouting, rehabilitation of gravity mains and laterals, reconnecting laterals, and installation of clean-outs. The successful Bidder shall provide the following application method - Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP) - Reconstruction of existing pipe via inserting resin-impregnated flexible felt/fiberglass tube into the existing pipe, cured by external heat source, hot water cure only. Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP) Certification required. This portion covers sanitary sewer gravity mains and laterals which are located throughout the County.
