Site work for a water / sewer project in Ocala, Florida. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of November 14 , 2022, all bids were rejected due to overbudget. 1. The City of Ocala requires the services of an experienced Contractor licensed as a Water Well Contractor in the State of Florida. This project consists of drilling an Upper Floridan Aquifer (UFA) Well #11 at Water Treatment Plant #2 located in 3744 S Pine Ave, Ocala FL. Construction scope and limits are as shown on the plan set in Exhibit D - Plan Set. 2. Contractor is responsible for providing all materials, labor, and equipment (in good working condition) to complete the drilling, casings installation, concrete pouring, and testing. PRICING AND AWARD 1. Bids will be received on a line-item basis. 2. Award will be made to the lowest bidder meeting all requirements outlined herein. 3. Bidder will honor prices for ninety (90) days after award of solicitation. Formal Question Due By: 10/19/2022 @ 5:00 PM EST
