The City of Edmonds, Washington is soliciting a statement of qualification (SOQ) from individuals or firms interested in providing Consultant Design services for the Perrinville Creek Recovery Project. Supplemental Information: Additional information related to scope of project, requested services, proposal requirements, and evaluation process are available from the City's website. No questions, either written or oral will be taken by Edmonds staff related to the technical components of this RFQ. Submittal: Due to the closure to the public of City facilities related to COVID-19, the City will accept one electronic copy of the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) by e-mail. The size of the e-mail with the SOQ attachment shall not be larger than 10 MB (Megabytes). A confirmation email will be sent by the City upon receipt of the SOQ. Statements of Qualifications shall be limited to single space, typewritten pages, (minimum 12 point font) and shall be no more than 20 pages (including resumes) and bound in a single volume. A page is defined as one side of an 8 1/2 by 11 inch page. Selection Process: Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on the following criteria: 1. Project approach; 2. Related Experience of Firms on Team; 3. Qualifications of Proposed Project Manager; 4. Expertise of Key Staff (Prime and Sub Consultants); and 5. References/Past Performance.
