Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Edmonds, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The scope of work includes providing labor, materials and equipment necessary to: Remove and replace damaged asphalt marked as patch #1 in the Harbor Square Business Complex parking lot and roadway, replace all curbs damaged in course of installation. Work shall be substantially complete by September 29, 2023. Work may begin when the Port receives the signed contract, performance bond, payment bond, insurance documentation, IRS W-9, and list of any subcontractors. Bid Guarantee and Performance & Payment Bonds: Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the amount of five (5) percent of the total base bid plus Washington sales tax, with a bid bond (or a check made payable to the Port of Edmonds- bond encouraged). In addition, the successful Bidder must provide performance and payment bonds for the full amount of the Contract, as a requirement to enter into a contract for the work. Prevailing Wages: Payment of prevailing wages is required for this project. Filings of statement of intent, and affidavit of wages paid online with LNI will be required. The Port of Edmonds encourages Minority, Women and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises to participate in the competitive bid process.
