Extent of the work is to be on city streets, avenues, and alleys in the City of Pierre. Bids shall be included in an opaque sealed envelope marked with the project title, name and address of the Bidder, and accompanied by the bid security and other required documents. If the bid is sent through the mail or other delivery system, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a separate envelope with the notation "BID ENCLOSED - 2022 CURB & GUTTER" on the face thereof. The Board of City Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
