Renovation of a medical facility in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,640-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility.
Bidders eligible to submit Bids for this Request for Tender have been previously selected through the process of Request for Supplier Qualifications 01-2122- RFSQ. Only those pre-qualified firms from Category 2 of 01-2122-RFSQ shall be eligible to submit Bids for this Request for Tender. This intent of this renovation is to create a more cohesive space that promotes adequate accessibility, improves overall traffic and flow, and offers a more pleasant work environment for the end-users and visitors at the St. Joseph's Foundation Building. Work to include improvement of finishes, upgraded mechanical and electrical, window replacement as well as a bathroom renovation. Scope of Work includes removing all asbestos-containing materials that may be disturbed during the planned renovation using the appropriate asbestos abatement procedures as outlined in Appendix E Limited Designated Substance Survey Report.
