Renovation of a stadium in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
Bidders eligible to submit Bids for this Request for Tenders have been previously selected through the process of a Request for Prequalifications, issued under Contract C14-05-22 which closed on August 2, 2022. Metal roof replacement at Mohawk 4 Ice Centre will be completed in two phases and, includes complete removal and disposal of existing roof, to prepare for a new metal roof. Phase 1: South Roof (remove and dispose of existing metal roof system and supply and install new metal roof including ridge replacement), metal flashings, gutters, precast pads (all works associated with half of the roof system). Phase 2: North Roof (remove and dispose of existing metal roof system and install new metal roof to complete the remaining half of the roof.
