Renovation of a municipal facility in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Work to be undertaken for this project is to replace the heating and cooling systems at Glanbrook Town Hall. The Work will include the replacement of five (5) existing single zone forced air furnaces complete with central air conditioning/thermostats with five (5) new, single zone, air source heat pumps (heating & cooling) with gas fired back up and new thermostats. For full scope of Work please refer to project specifications in Appendix A, electrical drawings in Appendix B and the mechanical drawings in Appendix C. The estimated start date will be January 2023, with substantial performance achieved by Monday, May 15th, 2023.
