Site work for a water / sewer project in Russell, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of June 22, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Complete installation and construction of 6" drilled water wells and with individual water pressure systems at individual Indian homes to be determined and located within Bayfield County, Wisconsin. The responsive, responsible bidder with the lowest bid price selected by the Band will be the Contractor for this project at sites to be identified under a project to be funded in FY2022. The Indian Health Service and the Band will conduct a final inspection of the work to ensure compliance with the plans/specifications provided prior to acceptance of the work. A 1-year warranty is required for all work completed by the Contractor. Additonal Description Davis-Bacon Wage Rates are required for this project. Contractor shall provide payroll information, as necessary, to the Band for verification of compliance with Davis-Bacon requirements.
