D/B Purchase One (1) Modular Building for Police Station Project Purpose and Description The current police station lacks space, secure storage, and privacy to victims. The proposed building site consists of 4-acres of undeveloped, raw land near an existing residential neighborhood. Utility infrastructure at the building site consisting of; water, sewer, electric, gas, and fiber optic utilities are in place on Nuzzo and the EMS building. This project will include planning and construction of the following structure and features:A. Approximately 3800 sq/ft modular. B. Provide an Alternative for approximately 1140 sq/ft garage attached and built on site. C. All utility connections to be made. D. Crawl Space Foundation and site work to be included.
