The Town of Russell, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, intends to construct a new 1472 square foot wood frame Town Hall to house the Town's offices, records, meeting hall and polling station. The building will be located on Town property, on Holstein Road near Grogen Road, Town of Russell, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin. Tradework required consists of: Sitework, well and holding tank, concrete foundation slab, veneer stone, carpentry, interior finish carpentry, siding, metal roofing, frames/doors and finish hardware, windows, gypsum board, floor coverings, suspended ceilings, painting, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work. Bids for individual work packages will be received by the Town's Construction Manager. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified check equivalent to 5/o of the maximum proposal payable to the Town of Russell, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted the Bidder will execute and file the prepared contract and bond within 10 days after the award of the contract. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive or not waive any informalities in the bids received, and to accept any proposal which they deem most favorable to the interests of the Town. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
