Site work and paving for a road / highway in Dover, New Hampshire. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project has been cancelled. An overlay was done instead of a full reconstruction. This project would reconstruct Sunset Drive. The current subbase is very poor and excessively heaves during winter freeze conditions. Subbase material either needs to be completely replaced or stabilized with injection admixture or reinforced with geotextile fabric. This project is in included in the City of Dover FY 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of March 09, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
