The City of Dover, NH and the City of Somersworth, NH are requesting proposals for reflectorized pavement line painting throughout both cities. Bidders must carefully read each city specifications as outlined in Attachments C and D and respond as stated in each. Vendors may submit a proposal for one or both cities and each city reserves the right to select separate vendors or select one vendor for both cities, whichever method is the most advantageous. Contractors submitting proposals for servicing both municipalities must submit separate pricing AND submit a detailed outline of the financial benefits for each municipality separately; showing the savings for both cities if one vendor is selected for both cities. Each city will execute its own contracts. The cities may be interested in a one-year agreement with the option to extend for two additional one-year terms. Submitted Rates shall hold for one year beginning April 15, 2022 and will be negotiated for the optional two one-year extensions. Any questions or inquiries must be submitted in writing, and, in order to be considered, must be received by the Purchasing Agent (l.simmons@dover.nh.gov) no later than seven (7) calendar days before the Request for Proposals due date and time.
