San Miguel County, Colorado ("County") is seeking proposals from professional organizations or individuals capable of providing contractor services for water station installation. Interested professional organizations or individuals are requested to submit statements of experience and qualifications to the County. Project award is contingent upon approval by the San Miguel County Manager. Firms or individual will be ranked on experience, cost and qualifications, including but not limited to: previous, similar projects, key personnel qualifications, availability. The scope of work includes the following: Please give timing and prices for each option and a total bid price for all options if you wish to submit for all: Option 1: Concrete Slab - Engineer-approved plans, excavation and construction of a: 96 in. x 72 in. concrete slab with the following specifications: - Mounting for a support post (Four 1" X 24" "L" ANCHOR BOLTS in a 8'' X 8'' square, with a minimum of 30'' depth below this post). - 2'' Water Supply (3'' sleeve) through concrete - 3/4'' electrical supply sleeve through concrete - 4'' drain sleeve through concrete - Depths of form to be determined by engineer - Rebar structure must meet 2018 International Building Code - Hooking up the Water Supply, Drain and Electrical to existing infrastructure prior to pouring Concrete Slab Option 2: Water Station Equipment and Installation Equipment: 2'' Overhead Loading Water Station with cloud-based logging/billing system and all necessary equipment Installation: - Necessary labor to install aforementioned equipment - Electrician to assist with installation hook-up - Lifting Equipment (Backhoe, forklift or excavator) to assist with installation Option 3: Cell-router installation to provide internet connection to Water Dock. Questions must be received by no later than March 12, 2022. Late questions will not be addressed. Written answers will be provided within two (2) business days. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to re-solicit proposals, to waive any irregularities, to negotiate pricing and to select the proposal deemed to be in the best interests of the County. Issuance of this RFP does not obligate the County to award a contract nor is the County liable for any costs incurred by the proponent in the preparation and submittal of the proposal.
