The Town of Dove Creek is accepting proposals for the maintenance of Weber Park, Triangle Park, and the future Town Hall location on Highway 491. Total to be maintained is approximately 100,000 feet. The work will consist of but not limited to the following: Mowing and trimming of lawns, plus shrubs and trees outlying surfaces. Weed and insect control of lawns, shrubs, and trees. Fertilizing lawns, trees and shrubs as needed. Watering lawns, trees, and aeration of all lawns. Spring and fall cleanup Care of all flower garden areas. Plants to be furnished by the Town. All fertilizers, weed and insect sprays to be furnished by the bidder. Any other maintenance deemed necessary by the person(s) submitting the proposal. The work must be done with the equipment and materials of the persons whose proposal is accepted. Proposal will consist of: Cost per month to the Town Itemized proposal of work to be done Length of proposed maintenance Weather permitting, season commencing May 1, 2022 September 30, 2022 For information contact Dagan Chadd, Public Works Director at (970) 677-2255. The Town of Dove Creek reserves the right to accept the most reasonable proposal, regardless of monthly cost. The Town of Dove Creek reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
