Renovation of a municipal facility in Dove Creek, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Request for Proposals for Glass Removal and Installation The Town of Dove Creek is requesting bids from qualified individuals/companies for the following: Expected begin date: August 2024 Please Bid the following items for property located at: 403 W 7th St, Dove Creek, CO 81324 Remove and Clean-Remove old single pane glass from frames, clean out old glazing and silicone from frames Install-Double pane window glass into frames Interior Trim and Finish-Remove old trim around windows. Fill and patch areas of water damage and wear. Tape and texture to match existing. Touch up exterior and interior window frames with trim and paint. Bids shall include all charges for delivery, less all taxes and discounts, and shall, in every way, be the total net price which the bidder will expect the Town of Dove Creek to pay, if awarded the bid. The Town of Dove Creek reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, request re-bids, suspend the project, or take any other action deemed in the best interest of the Town. The Town also reserves the right to award the contract based upon factors other than cost. The winning bidder will be required to provide proof of insurance and bonding, among other things.
