Demolition, site work, paving, outdoor lighting, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for the renovation of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; and municipal facility.
This plan proposes to demolish three existing buildings, several segmental block retaining walls, various utilities, pavement areas and trees. One existing building, the refuse garage (aka Refuse Truck Parking facility), will remain in place. This plan proposes a building addition to the existing refuse garage building remaining in place and a new animal shelter building. The refuse garage will receive improvements to its existing conditions. Included are new pavement, site lighting, signage, landscaping, fencing and parking areas throughout the site. A debris drop-off area for city residents, a segmental block retaining wall and concrete/asphalt debris storage areas in a new storage yard facility. Various new underground utilities including water, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, gas, electric, and fiber to support the existing and proposed building. Stormwater management for the property will be handled by an underground detention facility adjacent to the Berea Road Right of Way. The Bidder question period has been extended to Friday, April 8, 2022 at noon EST.
