The Town of Lantana invites bids from qualified and experienced firms to provide JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR PUBLIC RESTROOMS WITHIN THE TOWN OF LANTANA. The awarded Bidders shall provide all labor and supervision. The Town of Lantana will provide all equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and all other necessary incidentals required to perform the work as quantified in the Bid Schedule. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder based on the Base Bid price. Any questions regarding the specifications and/or the Solicitation process must be submitted in writing to Eddie Crockett. The contract shall commence on the date of the duly executed Agreement and shall remain in effect for three (3) years, contingent upon the completion and submittal of all required Bid documents. The Contract shall expire on the last day of the month of the three (3) year Contract Term. The TOWN reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive technicalities and/or any irregularities therein. The TOWN further reserves the right to award a contract to the bidder whose proposal best serves the interests of the TOWN in the sole discretion of the TOWN
