The Town of Lantana invites bids from qualified and experienced firms to provide JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR PUBLIC RESTROOMS AND OFFICES within the Town of Lantana. The awarded Bidders shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and all other necessary incidentals required to perform the work as quantified in the Bid Form. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder based on the Bid price The Contractor will provide, for eleven (11) locations, all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and all other incidentals required to perform the work as quantified in the Bid Form The Town of Lantana is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property. Any questions regarding the specifications and/or the Invitation to Bid process must be submitted in writing to Mrs. Vanessa Holloway. To allow enough time for the Town to respond, requests for clarification and additional information should be received at least four (4) business days before the Due Date for the Bid. The contract shall commence on the date of the duly executed Agreement and shall remain in effect for three (3) years, contingent upon the completion and submittal of all required Bid documents. The Contract shall expire on the last day of the month of the three (3) year Contract Term The Town reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive technicalities and/or any irregularities therein. The Town further reserves the right to award a contract to the bidder whose proposal best serves the interests of the Town in the sole discretion of the Town.
