As of January 30, 2023, bids were cancelled. No definite date for the rebid. Construction of an Asphalt Running Track at Maddock Park Bid Bond Not less that 5% of the amount of the gross sum. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Town of Lantana Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. STATEMENT OF WORK The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and all incidentals and appurtenances for the construction of the asphalt running track at Maddock Park. Construction includes complying with permit conditions, and all restoration work for a complete and operating system. Reference is made to the Contract Drawings and Specifications dated NOVEMBER 2022 as prepared by Baxter & Woodman, Consulting Engineers attached hereto as Exhibits B and C. 2023-07-PW
